அரசு ஊழியர்கள் பாஸ்போர்ட் பெற மத்திய ஊழல் கண்காணிப்பு ஆணையத்தின் அனுமதி தேவை என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அரசு ஊழியர் மீது ஏதாவது கிரிமினல் வழக்கில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் குற்றப்பத்திரிகை தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் அவர் பாஸ்போர்ட் பெற முடியாது.
